Playing baseball and softball is more quick explosive
movements with endurance, so players need to train that way. There is 3 ways to
develop muscles in an overload/ underload principles to training.
1— Acceleration training: develops the fast twitch muscles
by using light
weights many repetitions.
2— Deceleration training: develops the slow twitch muscles
by using heavy
weights few repetitions.
3— Ballistic training: develops both muscles at the same
speed and motion as
in Competition
This is the newest training in developing hitters to make
them quicker, faster, and stronger and with proper mechanics.
The Guarantee: Our Bat Speed Program will guarantee an
increase if you work hard. We will maximize your hitting potential. We will
develop your maximum bat speed. We will develop your quickest swing. We will
develop your maximum bat control. Hitting power is a combination of vision,
brain, and muscles working together. You must train the entire
vision-brain-nerve-muscle system.
How long is the Bat Speed Program? You can either sign up for 4-one hour sessions, 8-one hour
sessions, 12-one hour sessions, or 16-one hour sessions. It will take thousand
upon thousands of swings to get your hitting to the next level.
Who may attend this program? To be in this program, you must have a minimum goal of
swinging a 25oz bat. A Word of Caution... This workout plan is for serious athletes only. There is no system that works without effort from the part of the player. This program requires a serious commitment from the player. |
